The service was not provided as described or was not available due to technical issues.

Significant technical issues with the Service that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

If the User cancels the service at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or event.

Requesting a Refund

Users must submit a refund request within 30 days of the purchase date.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Partial Refunds
